The power of social media has uncovered the identity of the couple who got engaged at Letchworth State Park. Melody Jett caught the proposal and turned to Facebook to find the happy couple.

Jett was at Letchworth with her family, having lunch when she saw a man drop to one knee. "I thought "OMG! He's proposing. I am a photographer by nature, so those instincts kicked in and I started snapping photos," says Jett. "I decided to share the pictures on Facebook and hope I could find them."

The fairytale proposal Saturday October 15th was near perfect with beautiful fall foliage on a warm, sunny day. "We did find funny that the trout pond was gone because it was so dry this summer."

Matthew and Jackie met at the University of Buffalo and have been dating for the past 4 and half years. Both work as CPA's in Williamsville and are looking forward to start planning their wedding.
