Fall TV Season – Our Preview of the Hottest Shows [VIDEOS]

Hart of Dixie
'Hart of Dixie' is rating pretty high on my “to watch list”. It’s about Zoe Hart a new doctor from New York who takes an offer to work with a doctor at his practice in Alabama. When she arrives she finds that the doctor has passed away and left her his half of the practice. Now she must make decisions on whether to adjust to small town southern life or move back to New York City.
2 Broke Girls
‘2 Broke Girls’ brings to young women together that are complete opposites in many ways. Max is down to earth and street smart and Caroline comes from money. What brings them together? Both girls are broke. After Caroline losses all her money because of her father’s ponzi scheme she goes to work at a diner and moves in with Max. They might be complete opposites but watch as these girls adapt and try to come up with other ways of making money.
A Gifted Man
‘A Gifted Man’ if you’re looking for a supernatural love story this is for you. A doctor runs into his ex wife one day and this causes him to try and reach out to her again. When he tries to reach out to her he finds out that she is dead. He starts thinking he’s going crazy and starts wondering if this is some kind of gift he has to talk to her.
Charlie's Angels
Charlie’s Angels are back! Keeping with the theme from the original show there are three women with different expertise including one being a thief, one is an ex cop, and the third played by Minka Kelly is a street racer. Enjoy the action and the back drop of Miami, Florida.
Last Man Standing
Last Man Standing is a comedy staring Tim Allen. He’s married and the father of three girls. Watch as Allen’s character takes on more parental responsibilities because his wife goes back to work. After watching the preview this show looks like it’s going to be a winner! If you liked ‘Home Improvement’ I think you’ll like this.
Man Up
'Man Up' is a comedy about three men who are best friends that have yet to grow up. So that alone just sounds like trouble. One guy is married; one is divorced and is jealous about his ex wife’s new boyfriend, while the third is still single. The guys are trying to figure out how to grow up. This definitely sounds like a funny show.
The Playboy Club
'The Playboy Club', I must say this does look pretty enticing, especially with Eddie Cibrian staring in it. This show is based in Chicago in the early 60’s. It focuses on playboy bunnies, the mafia, secrets and lies.
Grimm
Looking for something supernatural? 'Grimm' might be just what you’re looking for. A detective in Portland, Oregon starts seeing supernatural creatures when he looks at people. His relative explains this new found ability to him and he decides to us it to help solve his cases.
Prime Suspect
Yes it’s another cop drama. 'Prime Suspect' is based around a homicide detective in New York City. The show stars Maria Bello as a tough cop who recently transferred to a new precinct and the cops aren’t very welcoming. Using her tough-as-nails persona she strives to show her colleagues she belongs as she solves cases.
Up All Night
Christina Applegate, Will Arnett, and Maya Rudolph star in the comedy 'Up All Night'. Applegate plays a life of the party, career woman, and newly mother of one who plans to keep her successful career going even with a baby at home. Who watches the baby? Arnett plays the husband and stay at home father. Watch as they adjust to life as a family of 3 and try to be the same people they were before the baby.
Whitney
Follow Whitney and Alex as they try to live life the way they want. The couple has been together for 3 years and lives together, but their family and friends don’t understand why they haven’t gotten married. Watch as they try to have a relationship on their terms and not listen to others. I’ve seen several commercials for this and it looks pretty comical.
Ringer
Sarah Michelle Gellar returns to The CW! She plays twins Bridget and Siobhan in 'Ringer'. Bridget witnessed a murder and goes into hiding as her twin sister. Watch as she discovers her twins shocking secrets and steals her identity.
The X Factor
Move over American Idol, Simon Cowell is back and this time he’s brought Paula Abdul, Antonio “L.A.” Reid, and Nicole Scherzinger to judge the contestants in 'The X Factor'. Yes it’s a singing show but this time they not only audition in front of the judges but an audience at the same time. The winner of this contest wins a $5 million recording contract with Syco/Sony Music.
New Girl
'New Girl' looks pretty interesting. It’s simply one single girl living with 3 guys. She tries to figure out males by living with them and they try to figure women by living with her. Zooey Deschanel plays Jess Day the newly single girl who moves into the apartment. Watch as they adjust to living with the opposite sex.
