As the parents of Rachael Mattice continue to search for their missing daughter, they've reached out to Shania Twain for help.

Wendy Mattice, who lives in Johnstown, told Fox News that she hopes the music star could help bring attention to the case.

The 24-year-old left her parents home in Johnstown on June 22nd, and headed for the family camp 53 miles north in Wells.  The small town is in a remote part of the Adirondacks.  The Hamilton County Sheriff says Mattice was seen in downtown Wells at about 9:15 that evening.

The location where the family's camp is located has no cell service.  However, before heading to the camp, Rachael sent her mother a text message saying she was headed to the mountain.

Yesterday, a friend of Wendy Mattice contacted Shania Twain via Instagram, asking for the singer's help.  "You are Rachael's favorite country artist.  She absolutely adores you .  I'm reaching out to you in hopes that you can make one of Rachael's dreams come true by sending a message to her."

The family continues to plead with the public for any information about their daughter.  Anyone with tips is urged to call the Hamilton County Sherifff Office at 518-548-3113.
