Frankfort Teen Missing

A 14-year-old from Frankfort, New York who has disappeared also has a serious medical condition. Friends and family are concerned and could use the help of any and all in Central New York to bring him home.

His name is Giovanni Pacciarelli. He's a liver transplant patient and may have a limited supply of the medication that is crucial to his safe recovery. Here's the Facebook post from his foster parent, New Hartford's Darlene Abbatecola:
