There's a new program in Utica that makes it even easier for everyone to enjoy the Utica Children's Museum, and all it takes is a trip to the Utica Public Library.

The library's Programs & Services for Children department has been busy this winter adding new events and activities to their calendar. They've also added a unique new feature - tickets to the Utica Children's Museum that you can "check out" for 4 days. That's right, the library's membership pass is good for free admission for 2 adults and 2 children, and can be checked out just like checking out a book. You'll have to show your library card in person to see if it's available though - it won't be in the online catalog. If you know someone who could benefit from this free opportunity, be sure to tell them about it.

It's not too early to start thinking about summer plans for the kids. The Utica Public Library has great programs to keep your children learning and reading even when school's not in session. You can find out more about the Summer Reading Program on their website. And yes, it's free too.
