Deb Cabral, the DeClutter Coach, has a great trick to help us get organized with something most of already have in our home.

It's another "Get Organized with Naomi Lynn" segment with the DeClutter Coach, and this quick and easy trick won't cost you a dime. Put those Altoids tins to good use! Most of us have these tins around the house already, and they're very sturdy, so why not use them to help you organize your office desk drawers? You can use them to organize that "junk drawer" as well (we ALL have one of those).

In the video (at the top of this page), Deb Cabral gives some great suggestions on how to use these Altoids tins for organization. You can store post-it notes, push pins, thumb drives, and all sorts of goodies in the boxes. Not only that, but you can put labels on the sides of the tins, and store them on their side, so you can easily find what you're looking for.

My favorite trick in the video? It has to be storing earbuds in one of the small Altoids tins. I don't know about you, but my headphones always end up tangled, falling to the bottom of my bag, and are just a pain to try and dig out. Now, they can easily be stored in a tin, and they don't get all tangled.
