Giuliana Rancic Returns to E! News After Double Mastectomy [VIDEO]
E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic, who bravely went public with her recent breast cancer diagnosis and decision to undergo a double mastectomy, was back on set Tuesday.
Although she didn’t want to rush her recovery, she was clearly anxious to return to her hosting duties — only two weeks after having surgery — but said it felt “great” to be back.
“Thankfully, I’ve been feeling better every single day since surgery and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work,” she said. “Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming.”
She later tweeted:
Back at work today since surgery. Excited to be on set of @ENews. I’ve missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful
