And we're not talking about New York City. You can see the punk-rock band Green Day this summer a little closer to home.

We know you were probably hoping to see them at the AUD or the Lakeview Amphitheater. Unfortunately, you'll have to drive a little bit further to see Green Day perform. But don't worry, it's not that bad of a drive.

Green Day brings their "Revolution Radio Tour" to the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 7pm. The show also includes performances by Catfish and the Bottlemen.

Pre-sale tickets for Green Day go on sale Tuesday, January 10th. General public tickets go on sale Friday, January 13th at 10am.

Green Day's "Revolution Radio Tour" is going on right now. For the next few days, they will be playing in Switzerland, Germany, and other parts of Europe. After that, they head to the United States and Canada for a piece of the tour, then to places like Australia and New Zealand, before hitting parts of Europe again. After that they finally make it back to the United States, and that includes their stop at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center.
