Hank is a 6-year-old dog who had previously had problems with hip dysplasia, and after his freak accident, missing the front seat jumping into his owner Molly's car, well, the vet gave him only a 60/40 chance of regaining his ability to walk. Hank's owner, Molly, thought that he would be paralyzed for the rest of his life.

According to the Huffington Post:

Her family and friends helped find Hank a wheelchair so that he'd be able to move around on his own, but Molly says she always knew that he'd be fine regardless of his physical problems.

Amazingly it only took five months before Hank took his first steps outside. You've got to see this.
