The other night Daniel Radcliffe appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show and told him about being stuck in Toronto, Canada. Daniel had trouble crossing the Peace Bridge into the United States through Buffalo, New York. Daniel learned a lot about the second largest city in New York, mostly he learned about the Buffalo Bills' impending sale.

The Harry Potter star went on to talk chicken wings and all the different meanings of the word Buffalo when he was chatting with Jimmy.

Meanwhile the city of Buffalo is obsessed with the future location of their NFL team.

Recently the date to submit a bid to buy the Buffalo Bills had passed and sources say only 3 bids were received.

John Kyrk of canoeca.com reports that these investors did bid:

1) A Toronto group comprising rocker Jon Bon Jovi, MLSE chairman Larry Tanenbaum and the Rogers family;

2) Current Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula, a cash-flush oil-and-gas multi-billionaire who is helping to spearhead downtown Buffalo redevelopment efforts;

3) Manhattan multi-billionaire Donald Trump, who like Pegula is bidding alone but who on Monday dismissed his chances.

What has Western New York in shock is that former Buffalo Sabres owner Tom Golisano did not submit a bid by the deadline.

So cheer up Buffalo. Isn't it good to see your city in the national spotlight again?
