Help the Food Bank Of CNY at Celebrity Bartender Night

You can do a good deed and have a good time all at the same time at the Celebrity Bartender Challenge. We challenge YOU to raise a glass with us and help out the Food Bank of Central New York while you're doing it.

We'll be serving as bartenders and fundraisers Thursday, March 29, from 4:30-7:00 at Cavallo's in New Hartford. The goal is to raise money and awareness for the Food Bank. And also to have a little fun with a friendly competition that night.

The Beth & Dave Show normally pulls together to produce entertainment every weekday morning from 5:30-10:00, but Thursday evening, March 29th, the battle lines are drawn. Beth will be teaming with Adam Lawless, and Dave is enlisting the help of Justin Smithson to see which team can generate the most tips and donations.

Smithson (below) is the vocalist and guitarist for well-known Central New York band Showtime. He'll have his guitar at Cavallo's and be playing your requests in exchange for donations.

Lawless (below) is the Vice President of the Players of Utica, TV newscaster Don Shipman's better half, and the self-proclaimed owner of "the flippy mustache."

You can choose sides and help determine a winner in the Beth & Dave battle and help the Food Bank of Central New York. See you Thursday, 4:30-7:00, at Cavallo's.
