Highway Overpass Sign Collapses in Indiana [PHOTO]

A large expressway highway sign assembly collapsed onto Interstate 94 in Indiana overnight after it was stuck by a semi truck.

Indiana State Police say a semi driver was traveling eastbound on I-94 in the Lake County city of Lake Station, near Gary, when he swerved to avoid another truck entering the lane of travel and struck the sign support.

I-94 was closed briefly while the assembly was removed and there were no injuries.
