Larry Lotter, the heart attack victim is okay and the fake good samaritan was caught on video red-handed. What is wrong with people? Taking advantage of someone who’s obviously in medical distress?. According to CNN, the robber stole $100 and then tried to use some of the money to buy drinks for the Lotter’s friends. I’m just shaking my head over this story.
