How Much More Winter Could Utica/Rome See?

With the recent thunderstorms, and heavy rain, how much more winter could we see here in Central New York? Here’s some predictions from EyeWitness News Chief Meteorologist Rachael Witter.

It looks like we may be closer to spring than ever before. However, the debate will continue on whether or not there was an actual tornado in Rome on February 25th.
