How To Remember Names

Do you remember faces very easily but not names? You even remember where you were when you met someone, but not their name. It’s pretty common sadly.

Here are some helpful tricks from AskMen that you can try to remember the name along with the face.

1) Repeat the name. When someone introduces themselves, say their name back to them. "Hi Charlie, it's nice to meet you."

2) Ask a question using the name. "So Charlie, how long have you been living here?"

3) Come up with an association. Think of something or someone that the name reminds you of.

4) Try to remember more than just the name, like something Charlie likes to do or where he works or lives. The more you know about him, the easier it'll be to remember his name.
