An infant cradle swing is being recalled by Fisher-Price due to a fall hazard.   According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission the recall is on three different models of the Fisher-Price Cradle N' Swings.  The swings present a fall hazard because there is a peg, that when not fully engaged, can cause the cradle's seat to fall and possibly injure the infant.  The models include the CHM84 Soothing Savanna Cradle 'N Swing, CMR40 Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'N Swing, and CMR43 Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'N Swing.

If you own a Cradle 'N Swings, you are asked to stop using it immediately and contact Fisher-Price for new assembly instructions.  The company can be reached at 800-432-5437 between 9am and 6pm ET Monday Through Friday or online at service.mattel.com
