It’s Splitsville for Kermit the Frog And Miss Piggy

Tinsel Town has way too many love stories without happy endings. Unfortunately, men, women, and children a like were forced to embrace another celebrity relationship casualty.

We've seen a number of divorces and breakups in Hollywood this summer: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani; and the list goes on and on: Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, Reba McEntire and Narvel Blackstock are just a handful of couples who decided to call it quits.

The next marriage fail is probably the most shocking and devastating of all; after 40 years of embracing each others differences, creating memories together, and sharing meals, Kermit the Frog will now begin his search for the next, "other white meat." Kermit announced that he and Miss Piggy are terminating their romantic relationship.

Piggy will allegedly be back on the meat market looking for her next man Muppet. Meanwhile, Kermit seems green with envy over the fact that his former "Miss" may soon find another.
