As mom continues her valiant fight to survive a rare cancer called choriocarcinoma, Jenna Hinman's twins Azlynn and Kayleigh are thriving. Not only have they gained weight since being born prematurely, they were captured during a beautiful photo shoot.

Syracuse photographer Sarah Born donated her time and services for the photo session.  Azlynn and Kinleigh are seen with dad Sgt Brandon Hinman's combat boots and the American flag flown in Afghanistan during one of his tours.  The flag was  signed by his company, ACO 2-18 Infantry at Ft Drum.

The girls were born in March at just 30 weeks, weighing 3 pounds 6 ounces and 2 pounds 9 ounces. They were sent home April 17, more than 3 weeks before their May 10 due date and their weights have more than doubled.

Jenna, who has been doing well in recent weeks, communicating and getting to hold her girls, suffered a setback Sunday, contracting  pneumonia, ‘which has weakened her greatly and worn her body down. Jenna is now on powerful medication to fight this infection. Continue to pray that Jenna’s lungs will clear and heal quickly. Jenna’s condition is fragile and critical,' according to Prayers For Jenna's Facebook page.

This is Jenna's second setback. She came through the March 19th medical problems and we continue to pray she'll fight through this too.

Thank you to Sarah Born for donating her time to take these beautiful photos and for allowing us to share them.  See more at Sarah Born Photography on Facebook or her webpage, SarahBornPhotography.com.
