Jim Carrey, Jeff Daniels to Reprise Their Roles In Dumb & Dumber But Still No Start Date [VIDEO]
Are you ready for the second dumbing? Last year, they got the go-ahead to make the sequel to Dumb and Dumber but for some reason it’s not happening yet. Jim Carrey said yes, and then had dropped out of the follow-up to the Farrelly brothers’ 1994 hit, and now he says he and Jeff Daniels still want to see it happen.
It’s been 19 years since the original film hit the box office, pulling in $127 million domestically and nearly $250 million worldwide.
“I’m ready,” Carrey said opening night premiere of his new comedy, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. “There is a script. It’s fun. Jeff and I are raring to go.” “So what’s the holdup? He was asked, “It’s administrative,” Carrey said, adding, “The green light committees have to have their way.” The bottom line is that Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are reprising their roles as Lloyd and Harry as the ultimate duo of morons in, “Dumb & Dumber” and I can’t wait! How about you?
