Jimmy Fallon Gets a Taste of Home, Tries ‘Beef on Weck’

Jimmy Fallon got a little taste of home when he tried the infamous upstate New York sandwich, 'beef on weck.'

Mario Batali brought Fallon the treat when he stopped by The Tongiht Show to promote his new book that features 250 recipes from around America. One of those recipes is the sandwich from Buffalo, something Fallon who is from Saugerties, south of Albany, has never tried. "I've not had a weck, no."

Around a mouth of food, Fallon tells Batali, "Dude that's fantastic. That might be the tastiest thing I've ever had in my life."

If Fallon wants another he should remember to order a 'beef on weck,' not 'beef on A week.' There's no A in weck, unless you're a tourist.
