John Mayer Has Sold His Home

John Mayer has reportedly sold his Pacific Palisades home - but for significantly less than he bought it! Guess he wasn’t waiting for the World housing market to change!

He purchased the two-story property for $1.75 million in 2006, but apparently couldn't find anyone to match that price, and ultimately had to drop it down to $1.3 million.

Ouch! What can we say, though it’s a tough market! But either way he’s still making millions so my sympathy is limited!
