Judge Judy Will Rule on Television Until 2017 [VIDEOS]
It's undeniable that Judge Judy is truly the Queen of Daytime television. Judge Judy Sheindlin has just signed a new multi-year deal with CBS Television to continue with her daytime courtroom show through 2017. Are you ready for four more years of Judyisms? If so, what's your favorite?
Between 9 and 10 million viewers will continue to enjoy phrases like: "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining." Or, "You're supposed to love your children more that you hate each other." And my favorite, "I'm absolutely not afraid to embarrass anyone at all." You just cannot lie to Judge Judy...as a matter of fact, don't even try to mislead her in the slightest bit or she'll enjoy you for an appetizer, and then quickly rule against you just in time for lunch.
According to The Hollywood Reporter;
the announcement comes as little surprise as Judge Judy, now in its 17th season, averages more than 9 million daily viewers, more than any other show in daytime. Similarly impressive, the show has spent 860 consecutive weeks -- since its debut on Sept. 16, 1996 -- as the top-rated, half-hour syndicated court show on TV.
Enjoy Judge Judy putting a few careless sportsmen in their place.
This is probably the shortest Judge Judy case ever.
