Katy Perry Goes Country [AUDIO]
Katy Perry recorded a demo song called Bullet and it’s buzzing on the net because of her split with Russell Brand. What do you think of these lyrics?
“My mama warned me about boys like you/ It’s the reason I wear these high heeled boots/ And let me give you a little piece of advice/ My papa packs heat and he won’t think twice,” she sings. “I’m a bullet and I’m headed/ Straight for your heart/ It’s gonna leave a mark.”
Perry penned the song for country-pop star Jessie James, but I suspect she had Russell on her mind. Listen.
Russell Brand was the one who filed for divorce from Katy Perry because Katy was concerned about upsetting her religious parents. According to TMZ, Katy and Russell were in agreement about getting a divorce since a few weeks ago — but they didn’t want to be in town when the papers were filed, so he flew back to England and she went to Hawaii.
