Katy Perry Takes A Break From Romance

Cupid, don't waste your time on Katy Perry.  Despite what the tabloids say about who she's supposedly  dating, Perry isn't looking for anything serious right now. 

According to USA Today, the last thing Katy is looking for these days is love.  She's instead focusing on trying to heal from the break-up of her marriage to Russell Brand.  Perry is quick to point out that she's not down on love but she's not looking for anything serious at this point.  Perry says, " There are times I go out and meet people and flirt, but it's not really appropriate to have anything serious.  My fairy-tale has absolutely changed.  I don't need the Prince Charming to have my own happy ending.  I can make the happy ending myself."
