I stopped watching after the episode in Season 2 where we found out the reason/cause of Jack's death/saw him die and when Rebecca had to tell everyone. I had a breakdown and felt a lot of feelings during that, so I stopped because I wanted to mentally prepare for the last three episodes.

Since the new season is premiering on September 25th, I figured now would be a good time to watch those episodes. So, I rewatched all of the episodes and now officially have finished season two as of last night.

I have so many different scenarios going on in my head. The way we were left at the end of the season finale has me questioning SO MANY things. I know I'm late to the game here but I just wanted to share my thoughts:

1. What's up with Deja?

If you ask me, Deja definitely seemed like she WANTED to be back in the house with Randall, Beth and the girls. She called Randall TWICE while they were away at KaToby's bachelor/bachelorette weekend. Now that her mother terminated parental rights, I'm scared that she's gonna stir up a bunch of drama in that house. I know that Beth's cousin, Zoe, had that conversation with her at the wedding - but is that enough to make the whole scenario any easier for her? Why'd she get so mad when Toby's mom said she looked like Randall?? Just like her foster friend said, "if you have a bed that seems even remotely safe, stay." AND I JUST WANT HER TO BE LIKE SHE WAS WHILE SHE WAS THERE AS THEIR FOSTER DAUGHTER DANG IT!!!!!! But obviously there's some underlying issues there and I just want everything to be okay (sadface.)

2. TOBY!!!!

Seeing him laying in bed at the end of the last episode makes me want to know what triggered that. We heard Kate say something about changing up his "meds." Does he have depression issues, (do we know this already??) is he going to have more heart issues??? Does his brother/parents not being very positive have anything to do with this? All I know is that, so far, we've already had two deaths AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO TOBY I WON'T BE ABLE TO DEAL!

3. Kevin and Madison/ Kevin and Zoe / KEVIN AND VIETNAM!?!?!?!

Okay - if you're like me and pick up on social ques, you definitely noticed that there was something going on between Kevin and Madison at KaToby's wedding.  BUT THEN THE CLIP OF KEVIN AND ZOE ON THE PLANE HAPPENED. When does this happen? Why does this happen? WHY ARE THEY GOING TO VIETNAM? What is he even going there for? Is that Kevin's way of sort of "paying dues" to his father since he wasn't there when he died and said all of those terrible things? This whole situation has my head spinning in circles.

4. Older Randall and Older Tess scene

This has me stumped. “It’s time to go see her,” Randall told Tess, who responded, “I’m not ready.” Randall seemed to share that sentiment, saying, “I’m not either.” WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. WHAT HAPPENS. DOES SOMETHING HAPPEN TO BETH, ANNIE, OR EVEN DEJA? Chrissy Metz, who plays Kate, said in an interview that “It’s actually very heartbreaking.” AND I AM NOT READY TO FIND OUT WHY.

5. How do we all feel now that Kate told Jack it's time for her to "move on??"

While I was watching the episode I screamed "It's about time" but honestly I don't know if that was the appropriate response or not. In theory, yes, we all want Kate to live her life a little bit more and not have every moment of her life consumed around her father and his death. But at the same time, I think her issues lie deeper than just being able to say that. I don't think that it's as easy as she made it seem - which is maybe something that plays into Toby's issues? I don't know.

Season three premieres on NBC September 25th. Those are my questions - and I'm anxious to find out the answers.
