She also took the advice of her trainer who advised her to cut her portion sizes by half for two weeks. Clarkson did that, stopped eating late at night, worked out a bit more and guess what? She dropped eighteen pounds in one month. She says she and Blackstock love the outdoors and have bikes on the back of their bus, which also helps to maintain that weight loss.
