Kim Kardashian Suing Old Navy Over Look-Alike

There can be only one Kim Kardashian, and the reality star is ready to take that to court. She's suing Old Navy for using a look-alike in a recent ad campaign.

According to TMZ, she could be seeking up to $20 million in damages. Kim said, "I've worked hard to support the products I'm personally involved with that I believe in."

Her attorney, Gary Hecker, filed the suit in U.S. District Court yesterday, over the clothing chain's "unauthorized use of Kardashian's name, likeness, identity and persona."

How about this to make matters worse, the Kim copy, model Melissa Molinaro, is dating her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush!
