If you follow Lady Gaga on Facebook or Twitter, you won’t be hearing from her tomorrow. Same with Justin Timberlake. They’ve agreed to stop social networking. Know why?
They’re joining a bunch of other celebrities, like Serena Williams and Ryan Seacrest who will all temporarily give up social networking to raise money for Alicia Key’s charity Keep A Child Alive. None of them will sign back on to Twitter or Facebook until the charity raises a million dollars. This is happening on Wednesday, which is World AIDS Day. How fast do you think they’ll raise a million by doing this?
