Lea Michele can't catch a break. She reportedly lost her mind after learning of the sudden and tragic death of her boyfriend, fellow 'Glee' star Cory Monteith — and now she's suffering from terrible anxiety attacks.

Monteith was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room on July 13. Some say that things get easier with time, but unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be the case for 26-year-old Michele in the wake of this unexpected tragedy.

"Lea is getting worse — the shock is wearing off now and the reality is setting in," a source told Hollywood Life. "She's been having horrible anxiety attacks where she feels like she can't breathe."

However, despite these debilitating spells, she allegedly wants to get back to work on the 'Glee' set.

"Lea pushes herself so hard and expects so much from herself," said the source. "And she doesn't want to let down anyone at 'Glee' because she knows everyone is counting on her to come back."

"It's hard to imagine how she's going to physically get through her work days," the source added. "She can barely stop crying and it's only getting worse."

Poor Lea. We wish nothing but the best for her and the rest of the 'Glee' family during this difficult time.
