Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail
November 3, 2011 9:05 AM For violating her probation, Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail. The 25-year-old admitted that she did violate probation in her DUI cases and was ordered to serve 30 days behind bars. She has until November 9th to report to jail.
Did you know she missed 14 out of her 19 court-mandated psychotherapy sessions and she canceled 12 of her 20 self-appointed downtown women’s center visits? That’s just asking for trouble.
Judge Stephanie Sautner said that the 30-day jail sentence means she is not to be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring, or any other early release other than that required by the law.
Despite the judge’s sentence, TMZ claims she’ll be released within “a matter of minutes.” Two Sheriff’s Dept. officials told the site that if someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released. One explained, “She’ll be out without even having to change her clothes.” And speaking of removing her clothes…Judge Sautner reportedly gave Lindsay a week to surrender so that the starlet could complete her nude Playboy shoot.
TMZ reported that Lindsay’s lawyer told the judge about Lindsay’s $1 million deal, explaining that her client would be in breach of her contract if the shoot wasn’t completed this week. Judge Sautner reportedly agreed to give her time to complete the job.
