Looking For A Boyfriend? There’s An App For That [VIDEO]
I was reading a study from the Australian Institute of Family Studies that reveals the average time couples go from being married to being separated now stands at 8.7 years, up from 7.5 in 1980. The average time taken for couples to actually divorce has also increased from 10.2 years to 12.3 years. I hope this never happens to me! The good news is that most of us are staying married for longer. But, If you’re looking for a boyfriend, well, there’s an app for that.
From Tech Crunch, a new app called “My Virtual Boyfriend” allows a user to pick the characteristics and qualities they would want in a boyfriend and then virtually date him. The app is a “dating simulation game” that lets the player customize a boyfriend right down to his hair style and his name.
The app’s website reads: “Once you’ve settled on your dream guy, That’s when the real fun begins! . . . At first it will start out as any date does, he may be a little shy because he is just getting to know you, but as you progress, things will heat up. The goal is to win him over.” The game has over 20 levels of game play. Enjoy, but I suggest you don’t fall in love.
