Lukin’s Brick Oven Pizza & Lounge to Open on Varick Street in Utica

Driving down Varick Street in Utica recently, I noticed a new awning that foretells a new place for pizza in Central New York.
Lukin’s Brick Oven Pizza & Lounge is preparing to open at Varick and Hamilton Streets in near former Pasquale’s Pizza.
Brick oven style pizza is a relative rarity in the Utica area with only DiCastro’s in Rome offering pies done in that style.
Currently the building is still under renovations with only the awning showing any sign of what’s to come.
