Last night's dinner was a quick and tasty flatbread pizza on garlic naan.

The naan (an Indian flatbread) was store bought.  Naan comes in several varieties including plain and whole wheat, but the garlic works the best for this application.

The pizza comes together easy with a quick brush of olive oil on the naan topped with sauce and mozzarella.

The flatbreads bake at 400 until the cheese melts.  I top with torn fresh basil.
