While the world is seeing more and more gender equality when it comes to sharing responsibilities, men are still the ones making the financial decisions at home.

A study conducted by HSBC Bank says that 65 percent of men were the sole decision makers when it comes to the family's finances. However, when it comes to saving money for retirement, men and women are pretty much split on the decision making.
