Michigan wants to offer free college tuition.

College tuition costs keep skyrocketing and many students are graduated from college with a mountain of debt and student loans. Michigan has a different idea to pay for college. They're proposing free college tuition if you agree to give a small portion of your income for future students after graduation.

Seems like the cost for the student and or parents would me so much lower under this proposal. What do you think of this idea?
