Miley Cyrus Touts Return To Touring

Not even out of her teens and Miley Cyrus is a triple threat star, from TV to movies to music.  It looks like she's giving up the big and small screen for a while to get back to her music.  Back in 2009 she declared she was done with music and wanted to act full time.  Now she's done a 180 as she told E! recenly that she's done with acting and ready to get back to her music with a massive tour.
