She looked absolutely beautiful.She approached the podium with poise and when her big moment came during the 2013 Miss USA beauty pageant on Sunday night, Miss Utah USA Marissa Powell kinda gave an incoherent answer. The cameras were rolling and millions of people were waiting to hear her answer to a question about income inequality.
