Mom Gets Arrested and Files Lawsuit For Allowing Kids To Play in Cul-De-Sac [VIDEO]

This is my son Dylan riding his Gator in the Cul-De-Sac where we live. Often the neighborhood kids are riding their bikes, scooters and electric cars there with no complaints at all. Well, Tammy Cooper, a stay-at-home mom from La Porte, actually got arrested for doing what our neighborhood does all the time.

She has filed a lawsuit claiming that she was wrongly accused of endangering the welfare of her children. After being arrested, Tammy had to spend the night in jail, all because she let her kids play outside.

KPRC tells us that:

She said her children, ages 9 and 6, were riding their motorized scooters in the cul-de-sac where they live while she watched from a lawn chair in her front yard just a few feet away.

She hopes to get back the money she had to spend to defend herself and she hopes the officer is reprimanded.
