More Traffic Delays Expected For Utica Motorists

This just in from the Department Of Transportation. In the city of Utica, the Route 12 northbound bridge ramp to Route 49 West will remain closed for a while for backwall repairs. Motorists are being detoured to North Genesee Street, Auert Ave. and then back to Route 49 West. A temporary traffic signal will be encountered. But wait, there's more.

Now the North Genesee Street exit ramp to John, Broad and Whitesboro Streets is closed due to bridge ramp repair work. A signed detour directs motorists.
