The Stevens-Swan Humane Society wants to 'empty their kennels' on National Dog Day (August 26th) - This means they're lower adoption fees for all their dogs, and hoping to find them all a home! According to the Stevens-Swan Facebook Post,

All dogs; any age, breed, size will have a reduced adoption fee of ONLY $26 for one day only, August 26th!

The humane society is hoping to find homes for as many dogs as possible during this day. They're even staying open later - They'll be open from 11am to 7pm on Wednesday. If you are looking to adopt, they want you to be prepared. Their Facebook Post states,

To efficiently process your adoption application please bring proof of home ownership or landlord contact information, everyone living in the home must come meet the dog, any other dogs in the home must meet the dog, we will need proof your current pets are up to date on vaccines...

And if you're not looking to adopt, but may know someone who is looking into getting a pet, share the info! Let's make a difference not only for all these dogs, but in our community as well!
