A lot of people have told me that eating a big breakfast will stop me from eating much throughout the day. However diet friends; this may not be the case according to a new study.

BusinessWeek reported that researchers found that breakfast habits are different with everyone. Some people skip breakfast altogether and others consume either a big or small meal. But, those who ate a big breakfast ended up eating more calories at the end of the day than those who either skipped breakfast or ate a regular-sized breakfast.

Do you ever have time for breakfast? I always go out and try to buy these healthy breakfast choice meals and always fail to eat them. I wake up too late, and have to go to work or class so I never have a lot of time to eat. So much for my Fruity Pebbles!
