Road Trip Summer 2018: The Niagara Lavender Festival
We've got something for you to look forward to this summer... The Niagara Lavender Festival coming up in July.
Now, you'll have to be ready for a road trip for this lavender festival, seeing as it's in Ontario, but that will just make it more of an adventure. You can make a whole weekend out of it, with the festival going on for two days, but you'll also be pretty close to Niagara Falls and of course all the wineries in that area. Sounds like the perfect girls' weekend, right?!
It's the 9th annual Niagara Essential Oils and Blends Lavender Festival in Niagara-On-The-Lake, and it happens Saturday, July 7th and Sunday, July 8th. The festivities begin at 10am both days. According to the Niagara Lavender Festival's Event Page on Facebook,
The Niagara Lavender Festival is located at neob research facility a farm located in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The field directly next to the aromatic greenhouse will be harvested into essential oil, bottled and all the profits from the essential oil will be donated to charity.
Isn't that fantastic?! All the profits from the essential oils going to charity. Just one more reason to check out this great event. Not only will there be everything lavender you could expect, but their will also be artisans and vendors, and live music at the festival. And of course, you can't have a festival without food, right?! You'll have plenty to choose from at this event.
Tickets are available now (maybe a good Valentine's Day gift idea for that special lady in your life??). There are a few different ticket prices that come with different perks.
