Nightime Rooftop Views From Utica’s Ocean Blue Restaurant [Pictures]

Ocean Blue officially opens for business on Thursday October 1st, but Just Jen and I were lucky enough to visit and take a few rooftop snap shots last weekend. 

When I exited the elevator and stepped foot inside Ocean Blue on Friday night, I was immediately wowed. I was totally impressed with the paintings on the wall, the architecture, and the birds eye view of downtown Utica.

It was a beautiful night for Ocean Blue's cocktail and appetizer party. I snacked on their Braised Short Rib Nachos, and Jen indulged in the delicious Pork Belly Poutine. Jen also enjoyed lounging on the patio while she sipped a martini.

The atmosphere was perfect, and the vibe was definitely trendy. We made lots of new friends, and everyone we talked to was excited about the restaurant's grand opening.
