A post going around on Facebook is asking for a 'No Facebook Day.' Pretty tough, right? But the reason behind it may surprise you.

Could you stay off Facebook for 24 hours? Seriously, no posting, commenting, liking, or even just 'poking' around (see what I did there?). Well, a post that has been floating around on Facebook is asking just that. The reason behind it though, is pretty sweet.

It's not one of those 'Facebook is bad,' 'social media is bad,' or 'we're wasting our lives glued to our phones,' type of deal here. The post is about something as simple as remembering a loved one that you have lost.

The post going around is asking for people to change their profile picture to the picture of someone they love who has passed away. You're suppose to do that on Sunday. Then on Monday, from midnight to 11:59pm you're suppose to stay off Facebook.

The post has reached so many people, with it being shared over a quarter of a million times! Now I'm wondering, would you be able to do it? Would you be able to stay off Facebook for a full 24 hours? It's a challenge that I would try, but honestly - I don't think I would be able to do it. I mean, how else am I going to get my daily dose of cat videos?
