Small, but Kind Gesture Makes the Day of a Rome Resident
Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can leave the biggest impressions on our day.
It doesn't take much to compliment someone, or to hold the door open for someone as you're walking into or out of a convenience store, but these small gestures can have a huge impact on someone else's day. Just remember the last time you were having a bad day (for whatever reason). If someone took the time out to tell you they loved your outfit, or that they thought you had a great smile, or anything like that, it would lift your spirits. Even if it's just a little bit.
Well, that's exactly what happened to one Rome resident. Grace Miller sent us this picture:
She says she found this on her windshield one day. It was on a day when she needed it, too.
Going out of your way to do something nice for someone doesn't have to be expensive, or time-consuming. Sometimes the simplest gestures are the best, just like this one.
