NY State Fair Food to be Featured on ‘Food Network’

We visited the Great New York State fair last year, and we left the park at least 10lbs heavier.

We generally have two weaknesses when it comes to foods with lots of sugar: ice cream and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. When we saw this sign at the fair last year we had to try them!

If you've ever been to the Great New York State Fair, then you already know what kind of yummy goodness they serve up.

"Food Network's," Noah Cappe spent sometime sampling some food at last year's event, and tonight on Carnival Eats, he'll dive into some crazy fair eats.

Here is the food that will be featured according to Syracuse.com:

• The Defibrillator from Fried Specialties
• PB & J Ice Cream from Polar Bear Ice Cream
• Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese from Tommy C's
• Crispy Clamwich from Doug's Fish Fry
