UPDATE 10:00 9/20:  Oneida Police have identified the two teens arrested in the murder of 35-year old Joseph Borasky. 

17-year old Isaac Cantu and 16-year old Jordan Warner are charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

They're being held in the Madison County jail without bail.

UPDATE: Oneida Police say they have arrested and charged two suspects in connection with Sunday night's homicide. The charges and names of the suspects have not been released. More information is expected Tuesday.

Authorities are investigating a homicide in the City of Oneida.

Oneida Police say 35-year old Francis Borasky was stabbed just before 8:30 Sunday night during an altercation that began outside his home on and moved to a secondary location in the area of Lexington Avenue and Pearl Street.  He died at the hospital a short time later.

A knife believed to be the murder weapon was recovered.  Police aren't sure what led to the altercation.

Police are looking for two older teenage as "persons of Interest".  Oneida Public Safety Commissioner Mike West says anyone found “harboring” the pair could be prosecuted.

West say it was an isolated incident between neighbors and there is no danger to the community.
