‘Orange is the New Black’ Mentions Utica in Season 2

The Netflix drama ‘Orange is the New Black’ debuted season 2 recently and Central New Yorkers were quick to note that Utica is name dropped in one of the episodes.

The fictional prison is located in the very real Upstate New York town of Litchfield, which is in Herkimer County, and neighbor to Utica’s Oneida County.
