Other Cities Named Utica (Part 1)
If you thought Utica, NY was the only "Utica" on the map, I have news for you! Utica, New York is one of at least twelve "Uticas" in the United States. Utica, New York is also the best one...just sayin'!
In this four part series I'll tell you a little bit about all of the other "Uticas."

Utica, Kentucky
It's Tiny!Utica Kentucky is located ten miles south of Owensboro on the Ohio border. There's not much going on in this small town of 500 but they do have a post office. They also have a fire station, several churches, and a market called "JR's." It may not be the most happening town in the US but at least they have bluegrass!

Utica, Montana
Hidden Gem!Utica Montana is a little town located in the west-central part of the state located at the intersection of "Pig Eye Road"...Oink ! Oink! Yogo Sapphires were first discovered here back in the 1890's. This fact alone makes Utica, Montana a hidden gem!

Utica, Nebraska
Cool Town!Utica Nebraska was founded after the Burlington and Missouri Railroad grew into the area. Lots of people here earn their living by farming. Utica, Nebraska is especially cool because it's named after....wait for it............Utica, NY! The next time you're in corn husker country be sure and give 861 people a high five!
