We may now know who will be 007's love interest in the next Bond film.    According to Yahoo, actress Penelope Cruz is in contract talks to play the next James Bond girl.  Cruz, who's pregnant with her second child, will reportedly begin filming scenes for the Bond flick next summer.  Sources told Yahoo this isn't the first time producers tried to get Cruz to sign on for a Bond film, but in the past she had other commitments and couldn't do it.  Cruz, who's forty, will be the oldest Bond girl ever.  In case you didn't know, her husband Javier Bardem played the bad guy Silva in Skyfall.

Skyfall was the biggest grossing James Bond film of all time and its director Sam Mendes will be on board for the next 007 film, after initially saying he couldn't do it due to other movie commitments.  Word is the 24th Bond film will arrive in theaters in 2014 or early 2015.  So far no title has been announced for the film.

Can't wait to see it.  Love the James Bond movies and I think Daniel Craig is a good choice for the world's most famous spy, 007 and Cruz should work well as his love interest.  If the rumors are true.
